What happens if it rains on my mowing day?

We shift your cut to the next dry day.

 

Do you bag grass clippings?

We mulch by default because it's healthier for the lawn.

 

Do you edge sidewalks and driveways?

Yes — edging is included in all full-service mowing packages.

 

Do you offer fertilizing or weed control?

No, we do not offer fertilizing or weed control.​

Landscaping FAQ

Do you provide mulch and material delivery?

Yes, we handle everything — materials, delivery, installation, and cleanup.

 

How often should bushes be trimmed?

Typically 2–4 times per season depending on the plant type and growth.

 

Do you haul away debris after landscaping projects?

Yes. Cleanup and disposal are always included.

 

Do you offer storm cleanup or brush removal?

Absolutely. We remove fallen limbs, brush, and debris piles safely.

Snow Removal FAQ

How early do you start plowing?

We dispatch as soon as snow reaches your contracted trigger depth (1", 2", etc.)

 

Do you use markers for driveways?

Yes — every driveway is marked for the season to improve safety and accuracy.

 

Will you clear walkways too?

Walkway clearing is available as an add-on service.

 

What happens during back-to-back storms?

We return multiple times as needed to keep your driveway accessible.

 

Can I sign up mid-season?

Yes — as long as route capacity allows.
